Sold! I've been a multi-million dollar producer every year I've been in the real estate business. In fact, in the last 5 years, I've sold more guesthouses than any other agent in Key West. Of course, not everyone wants a guesthouse! I can help you buy or sell any kind of real estate: Mobile homes, shopping centers -- and everything in between. I love to make a deal! (It's the Texan in me!). Business Savvy I understand the business, have a great deal of local market knowledge, and am aware of all commercial opportunities. Some people just talk like an investment advisor – I own several companies and understand numbers from both an academic and a practical standpoint. The bottom line for me is very real. My Other Life I’m a pilot (own an A-36 Bonanza), scuba instructor, licensed boat captain and will do almost anything for a T-shirt!
